High...Helped SUNY-Delhi to conference title...Also participated in track and field and was a regional champion in multiple events...Played softball and volleyball as well at Mt. Vernon...Earned the Most Improved and Outstanding Player Awards in volleyball...All-Academic selection in softball.

The daughter of Carolyn Bennett-Howard...Born in the Bronx, N.Y...Plans to major in human performance.
