Southern Connecticut State University Athletics

Emily Lange is in her first year as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant in 2024-2025. She is working on a master’s degree in sport and entertainment management on the athletic administration specialization track.  

Lange was a four-year member of the softball team and co-captain her senior year. She was a two-year member of the student-athlete advisory committee and served on the e-board her senior year. 

In 2024, she completed a bachelor’s degree in sport management with minors in honors transdisciplinary studies and communication. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the NE10 Presidents’ Award for Academic Excellence.  

She was also a three-year athletic staff member as a student worker during her undergraduate career working in communications and facilities.
