As a Junior in 2024:
  • Ran a personal best 5k time of 18:15.0 at the 2024 UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational, placing 20th
As a Sophomore in 2023:
  • Ran a personal-best 6k time of 22:03.6 at the 2023 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships and was the first Owl to cross the finish line in 149th place.
  • Finished in 18th place with a time of 22:38.0 at the 2023 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Conference Championships, which helped Southern capture their first NCAA DII East Region title in program history. 
  • Crossed the finish line in ninth place with a time of 23:02.2 at the 2023 NE10 Conference Cross Country Championships, which helped the Owls secure their first conference title in program history. 
  • Ran a personal-best 5k time of 18:56.5 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational. 
As a Freshman in 2022: 
  • Finished in ninth place at the 10th Annual Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup with a time of 20:32.1.
  • Crossed the finish line at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 24:40.0.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:   

  • Ran cross country and track at Newtown High School (Conn.)
  • All-Conference Academic selection and All-Conference Athletic selection
  • Helped lead her team to a SWC Conference Championship

Personal:

  • Daughter to Andrea and Garret Henchcliffe
  • Majoring in Nursing with plans to become a nurse and continue to run competitively
