Tim Gaiser

Tim Gaiser completed his second season as an assistant volleyball coach at Southern Connecticut State University in 2015. Gaiser joined the Owls staff with more than 20 years of coaching and officiating experience at the collegiate, club and high school levels. He has served as head coach at Mitchell College, State University of New York-Purchase, Quinnipiac University and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
 
He most recently served as head coach of the Mitchell College women's volleyball program in 2013 and served as an instructor of Sport Management in the college's School of Business.
 
In 2005, Gaiser was named Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference (HVMAC) Conference Coach of the Year at Purchase College, after leading an upstart program to the conference final and placing four players on the All-Conference team.
 
Gaiser also served as an assistant coach at Western Connecticut State University. During that time, he helped the Colonials to two straight undefeated conference regular season and tournament championships. He also founded and directed Western Connecticut’s volleyball high school summer league.
 
Gaiser is also an active member of the Professional Association of Volleyball Officials and has officiated matches at the NCAA I, II and III levels since 1993. He has also served on the PAVO-CT executive board as Secretary.
 
Gaiser possesses both an A.S. and a B.S. in business administration from Charter Oak State College and a Master's of Science degree in sport management from Southern New Hampshire University.
