NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. - The Southern Connecticut State University women's soccer team fell 1-0 to Merrimack University tonight at Martone-Mejail Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Owls kept the game tied at 0-0 in the first half despite being outshot by the Warriors, 11-4.
- In the second half, Merrimack got on the board in the 63rd minute of play off a goal by Tori Daigle. The Owls had a late push that tallied seven shots on net, but were unable to capitalize giving the Warriors the 1-0 win.

The Owls will face No. 24 Nationally Ranked Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, N.H. October 20, with the game set to start at 7 p.m.
