OWLS HOST ADELPHI IN CONFERENCE PLAY THIS WEEKEND
The Southern Connecticut State University men's basketball team continues conference play as it hosts Adelphi University on Saturday, Dec. 1, with the game set to start at 3:30 p.m. at James Moore Field House.

The Owls lead in the all-time series against the Panthers, 21-8.

THE OWLS LAST TIME OUT 
• On Wednesday, Nov. 28, SCSU dropped an 85-82 decision against New Haven at the James Moore Field House.
• Senior Isaiah McLeod (Cambridge, Mass.) led the offense for the Owls in his first game back from injury collected 29 points, while Kealan Ives (Providence, R.I.) collected his first double-double in an Owls uniform with 18 points and 10 assists.
• In his first game back from injury, McLeod led the Owls offense with 29 points, while shooting 50% (9-for-18) from the field.
Luke Beesley collected 13 rebounds in the loss, this is his fourth game he has recorded double-digit rebounds this season
• As a team the Owls shot 13-of-28 from beyond the arc, this is the second straight game they have made double-digit three's.

MOVING UP THE CHARTS
Isaiah McLeod's 29-point night against New Haven gives him 1,258 career points, moving him into 18th place all-time. • He trails Luke Houston '15 for 17th place with 1,263 points.

THE OWLS IN THE NE10
• Kealan Ives ranks 13th in scoring at 16.7 points per game while his 6.7 assists per game ranks second in the NE10.
Luke Beesley's 9.3 rebounds per game rank third in the NE10 while his 71.4% field-goal percentage ranks second.
Ulyen Coleman's 20 three-pointers are the fifth-most in the conference.
• As a team, SCSU's 78 three-pointers are second in the NE10 and trails Adelphi's 82 for the year.
• The Owls are one of two teams, including Bentley at 50.4%, to shot 40% or better from long range. The Owls sit second at 41.1%, but have two games and 63 more attempts than Bentley.

THREE-POINT SHOOTING KEY TO OWLS GAME

• The Owls' 13 three-pointers against Caldwell matched their season-best they they hit against the University of the Sciences on Nov. 11.
• Of their 13 three-pointers, the Owls converted on 9-of-16 in the first half.
• Southern has now knocked down double-digit three-pointers in four of its six games this season.


NEWCOMERS HIT CAREER MARKS

• Michael Mozzicato's 13 points against Caldwell, on 3-for-5 shooting from beyond the arc, were a career-high for the first-year Owl in his sixth career game. 
• 
Kealen Ives posted nine assists, besting his previous career-best of seven against Post.
• C.J. Seaforth's 18 points were also a career-best, topping his 13-point showing against Le Moyne


BEESLEY, IVES COLLECT WEEKLY HONORS
Seniors Luke Beesley (Champaign, Ill.) and 
Kealen Ives (Providence, R.I.) were selected to the Northeast 10 weekly honor roll for their performances in two games for the Owls last week.
