SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Southern Connecticut State University women's soccer team won its fourth game in a row in 2-1 triumph over AIC.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Owls offense struck early in the fifth minute of play as
Kaitlyn D'Amico (Middletown, Conn.) found the back of the net off a pass from
Kelsey Burr (Wallingford, Conn.).
- Southern doubled its lead in the 13th minute as
Mikaela Magee (New Fairfield, Conn.) netted her first goal of the year.
- AIC scored a goal at the 28:59 mark but was unable to tie the game, as the Owls claimed the 2-1 win.Â
