NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team fell to Franklin Pierce University, 1-0 at Jess Dow Field. The Owls fall to 1-12 overall and 1-9 in the Northeast 10, while the Ravens improve to 7-7 overall and 6-4 in the Northeast 10.
Brianna Craft (Hamden, Conn.) recorded nine saves during the contest, while
Julia Schaff (Cheshire, Conn.) and
Karley Welles (Newington, Conn.) each had one shot on goal.
