Field Hockey Falls To No. 4 Saint Anselm, 5-0

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team fell to No. 4 nationally-ranked Saint Anslem, 5-0 at Jess Dow Field. The Owls fall to 1-14 overall and 1-11 in the Northeast 10, while the Hawks improve to 14-2 overall and 11-1 in the NE10.

Before the game, the Owls honored its two-member senior class, Brianna Craft (Hamden, Conn.) and Jana Migliaro (Monroe, Conn.). Craft made with 13 saves in goal, while junior Jessica Maier (Enfield, Conn.) recorded two shots in the game. Junior Chloe Knight (New Milford, Conn.) also recorded a shot and Megan Habakangas (Columbia, Conn.) recorded a defensive save in the second quarter.
