The Southern Connecticut State University men's and women's swimming & diving teams will host Marist on Friday, Jan. 17, 2020 at 1 p.m. The Owls will then host Northeast 10 Conference foe College of Saint Rose in its final regular-season matchup before the NE10 Championships on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2020 at 12 PM at the Bruce Hutchinson Natatorium.
Prior to the start of Sunday's meet against Saint Rose, Southern will honor John Gaudio, Leonardo Laporte, Scott Moore, Avery Fornaciari, Megan Garner, Erin Leirey, Hannah Morse, Jordan Thompson, Alina Tucker and Emily Waehler as part of Senior Day.

WOMEN'S NOTES
Alina Tucker posted season-bests for the Owls in the 50 Free (25.82) and the 100 Free (55.76), both against The College of New Jersey.
• Tucker also has the Owls' second-best time in the 200 Free (1:59.75 vs. TCNJ).
Avery Fornaciari owns the Owls' top times in the 200 Free (1:58.29 vs. Iona), 500 Free (5:13.24 vs. Le Moyne) and the 100 Fly (59.87 vs. Pace).
Faith Littleton swam a 10:58.09 in the 1,000 Free against WPI, Coast Guard and Franklin & Marshall for Southern's top time of the year.
• Littleton also has the Owls' second-best time in the 500 Free at 5:19.75 against Le Moyne.
Hannah Nyquist posted a season-best in the 100 Back against Le Moyne at 1:01.93 and also had the second-best time of the season in the 100 Fly against the Dolphins at 1:01.79.
Lauren Spencer swam a 2:13.55 in the 200 Back against TCNJ for the top time this year in the event.
Madelyn Dean swam a 2:18.05 in the 200 IM against Le Moyne for the top time of the year.
Erin Leirey claimed the top mark in the 400 IM with a 4:45.69 against TCNJ.
• Leirey also swam a 1:09.85 in the 100 Breast against Le Moyne for the Owls' top time of the season.
 • Leirey also has the Owls' second-best time in the 100 Free at 56.16 against Le Moyne.

MEN'S NOTES
Tyler Cusano set the season-best in the 50 Free with a 22.48 against Pace. Cusano also owns the second-fastest 200 Free time at 1:46.75.
Chandler Tucker's 48.65 in the 100 Free against Iona stands as the season-best for the Owls.
• Tucker also has the Owls' top time of the season in the 100 Breast (1:01.57) and the second-best in the 200 IM (1:58.70), both against Le Moyne in his last meet.
• Leo Laporte paced the Owls in the 200 Free with a time of 1:46.37 against Iona.
• Laporte also claimed the Owls' top spot of the year in the 200 Fly with a time of 1:56.46 against WPI, Coast Guard and Franklin & Marshall.
John Gaudio swam a 4:39.26 in that meet for the Owls' top time in the 500 Free.
Bryce Castellone has the Owls' top time in the 1,000 Free at 9:47.29 and the second-best time in the 500 Free at 4:46.61.
• Castellone also swam a 1:58.03 against Le Moyne last week in the 200 IM for Southern's top time of the season.
• Castellone was named the NE10 Swimmer of the Week after winning three events against Le Moyne. It was his second honor of the season.
•  Patrick Keith posted a 2:01.45 in the 200 Back against Le Moyne for Southern's top time of the season.
Andrew Buehler won his fourth NE10 Diver of the Week award after taking the 1 Meter event against Le Moyne. Buehler has lost just once this season.
