As a Freshman in 2019-20:
- Competed in nine events, with consistent improvement in the butterfly
- Posted season-best times in the 100 butterfly (1:00.81), 200 butterfly (2:12.46) and 100 yard back (1:00.18) at the 2020 Northeast 10 Conference Championships
Before Southern Connecticut:
- Competed at St. Joseph Hill (N.Y.) Academy
- Most Valuable Player as a senior
- Most Improved and Coach's Award recipient
- Most Valuable Freshman
- Helped St. Joseph Hill to three-straight conference championships

- Daughter of Ernestina and Arill Nyquist
- Sister, Hailey, is also a member of the SCSU Women's Swimming & Diving team
