ALBANY, N.Y. - The Southern Connecticut women's soccer team fell to The College of Saint Rose, 1-0, in the Northeast 10 Conference Championship. The Owls record stands at 7-8-4 overall, while the Golden Knights overall record moves to 15-1-3. 

The Golden Knights scored the lone goal of the game in the 36th minute of the game. Graduate student Allie Smith (Danbury, Conn.) made seven saves.

Smith and fellow graduate student Nadine Hilkert (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) were named to the Northeast 10 Championship All-Tournament Team after notable performances during the tournament.
