The Southern Connecticut women's hoops team will travel to Manchester, N.H. on Monday, Jan. 31 to face No. 16 nationally ranked Southern New Hampshire in Northeast 10 play. The Owls are fifth in the Southwest Division of the NE10, while the Penmen are second in the Northeast Division.
Spectator Policy
Southern New Hampshire Athletics has announced its spectator policy for the winter season.
- Fans will be welcomed back to athletic events at all SNHU athletic venues at regular capacity, however, all fans must complete a self COVID health screening, completing the questions found here. Those who answer yes to any of the screening questions should not attend the event.
- All outside guests, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a face covering when attending sporting events. This includes fans at both indoor and outdoor venues.

Jessica Fressle led Southern with 16 points, 14 rebounds, and a block.

- Jessica Fressle will be the player to watch for Southern. This season she is averaging a double-double of 17.0 points per game and 11.1 rebounds per game, in addition to 2.0 steals per game. From the field, she is shooting 40-percent and 81-percent from the free throw line.
- Fressle has double-digit points in 13 of the Owls 14 games this season. In her last three games, she is averaging 17.7 points per game, 12.3 rebounds per game, and 2.3 steals per game, in addition to grabbing a block in two of those games. She has seven double-doubles to date as well including her last two games (25 points, 15 rebounds against Franklin Pierce and 16 points and 14 rebounds against Assumption).
- After a string of postponements, the Owls are searching for their first win since mid-December when they took down Caldwell in overtime on the road, 75-72.
- The Penmen started out the season with a 6-1 record in conference play before suffering back-to-back losses to Adelphi (54-56) on Jan. 27 and Pace (66-75) on Jan. 29.

- Conroy and Amalbert are fourth (38.2) and eighth (36.6), respectively, in three-point shooting percentage.
- As a team, the Owls are first in the conference in three-pointers made (107), first in assists with 15.7 per game and fourth in points per game (67.1).
