NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut volleyball team fell to American International College, 3-0, at Pelz Gymnasium. With the loss, the Owls fell to 13-11 on the season and 2-5 in the Northeast 10, while the Yellow Jackets improved to 19-1 overall and 6-0 in NE10 play.

• Gabriela Gaibur (Monroe, N.Y.) led the team with 10 kills and 10 digs.

• Sara Enright (Yorba Linda, Calif.) had five kills.
• Avery Smith (Colorado Springs, Colo.) and Payton Reis (Royal Palm Beach, Fla.) each had one block.
