Southern Connecticut women's basketball will travel to Garden City, N.J. to take on Adelphi in a Northeast 10 Conference matchup set for a 5:30 p.m. start. The Owls enter the game with a record of 5-2 overall and 1-2 in the NE10 while Adelphi hosts Southern with a record of 3-3 overall and 2-2 in conference play.

Scouting The Owls

Katie Williamson earned her second-straight NE10 Weekly Honor Roll selection after she averaged 13.5 points and 6.0 rebounds in a 1-1 week.
In Southern's 60-33 win against Pace, Williamson came within a rebound of her third-consecutive double-double. The second-year Owl totaled a team-best 16 points with nine rebounds and knocked-down 7-of-11 from the floor. Against Bentley, Williamson scored a team-best 11 points.
For the year, Williamson is averaging 11.9 points and a team-leading 6.6 rebounds per game. The second-year Owl has also shot 51.4% (38-74) from the field and leads the conference with 11 blocks at a 1.6 per game clip.
Zoe Amalbert leads the team with a 12.6 points per game average while leading the conference with 4.7 assists per game with 1.9 steals per contest.
Delaney Connors has been the Owls' do-everything player, averaging 9.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game.
Ashley Evans checks in with 7.9 points per game while shooting 54.2% (26-48) from the field with 4.9 rebounds per game.
Delaney Haines leads the team with 10 three-pointers and is averaging 6.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Renza Milner has provided another post presence off the bench for Southern. Milner is averaging 5.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game over her last three contests with four steals.
