SCSU Swimming & Diving To Defend Northeast-10 Conference Championships This Weekend

WORCESTER, Mass. - Southern Connecticut men's and women's swimming & diving will travel to Worcester, Mass. for the 2023-24 Northeast-10 Conference Championships on Feb. 15-18 at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The women's program will be going for its fourth-straight NE10 title while the men will compete for their third-consecutive championships. Both programs enter the weekend with 15 NE10 Championships each.

SCSU Women's Swimming & Diving Northeast-10 Conference Notes

SCSU Women's Swimming & Diving has won 15 Northeast-10 Conference Championships including the last three: 2021, 2022, 2023
Competed in the NE10 for the first time in 2003, and won the next 10 conference times (2003-2013); Also won in 2017 and 2018.
Of the 21 NE10 events, SCSU Women's Swimming & Diving has nine of the records
Nine Swimmers of the Meet all-time
- Last winner was Katie Crochet in 2018
- NE10 Hall of Famer Amanda Thomas is the only 4x NE10 Swimmer of the Meet in conference history
Eight Divers of the Meet all-time
- Last winner was Amanda Burden in 2012
- Burden and Ali Bronson are the only two NE10 Divers to win Diver of the Meet three times
