Hannah Caiola Finishes 11th at NCAA DII Indoor Track & Field National Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Southern Connecticut Women's Indoor Track & Field Junior Hannah Caiola placed 11th in the 400m Dash at the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Caiola, competing at the Indoor Track & Field Championships for the first time, ran a time of 54.73 in the 400m Dash. That was good for fourth in her heat and 11th overall. Caiola wraps up a dominant 2024-25 Indoor season that featured a NCAA record in the 300m Dash, multiple SCSU records, two Northeast-10 gold medals, and multiple weekly honors. She placed ninth in the 400m Dash at last year's Outdoor Nationals. 

Caiola's teammates Cameron Belton and Natanael Barbosa Torres are set to compete in the Shot Put at the National Championships on Saturday, March 15th, streamed live on NCAA.com.
