As a Freshman in the 2010-11 season:
Northeast-10 Conference Champion in the 4x800 relay (indoors)…Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…At the Metropolitan Invitational, finished 19th in the 1000 meters with a time of 3:21.12… Placed 18th as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:32.34 at the Metropolitan Invitational…Took sixth as a part of the distance medley relay team at the Yale Season Opener with a time of 13:20.63…Placed 18th in the 800 meters at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships with a time of 2:40.36…Also finished fourth as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team (10:02.18).

In the 2010 Cross Country season:
Competed at the Connecticut College Invitational...Finished the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 11:40...Competed at the Northeast-10 Championships with a time of 21:15.7.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Competed at Rockville High School...All-Academic, All-Conference and All-State...Helped team to win CCC East Championships three times...Team captain her junior and senior years...Also a member of the Scholastic Silver Key for Fine Arts program.

Personal:
Daughter of Kathleen and Robert Arcand...Born in Vernon, Conn...Plans to major in nursing.
