Charlie Rizzio is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Owls and will handle the team's defensive line.

Rizzio spent the 2015 season as the running backs coach at West Texas A&M after a stint as an assistant football coach/defensive coordinator and track and field coach at Oxford (Conn.) High School.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Assumption College.
