Southern Connecticut State University Athletics

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
·       Attended Como Park Senior High School
·       2025 team MVP award recipient
·       Placed 10th on the vault at her first nationals
Nickname: Dayla or Day Day
Why SCSU?: I really wanted to be on the East Coast, but mainly because I could tell the gymnastics coaches truly cared about the gymnasts and had a great connection with them. It was way different than other schools I visited, where the teams just had student-coach relationships.
What the SCSU Logo Means: Being a part of a team that's bigger than myself and truly being able to make a difference in the world

Interesting Fact: Before gymnastics, she was part of a youth circus group similar to Cirque du Soleil
