Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Men’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Teams...All-American indoors in the 4x400 relay and distance medley relay...All-Region in the 400 meters (indoors), 400 hurdles (outdoors) and 4x400 relay (indoors and outdoors)...All-New England in the 4x400 relay and 400 meters...Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Finished second in the 500 meters at the Lidifter Invitational with a time of 1:05.41 on 12/4...Also contributed to a winning relay team in the 4x400 meters that finished with a time of 3:18.44…Ran the 200 meters at the Harvard Open Track Meet and finished 22nd with a time of 23.12 on 12/10…Competed in both the 800 meters and 4x400 relay at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic, placing fifth (1:58.89) in the 800 and fifth (3:23.55) in the 4x400 on 1/15…Placed 18th in the 500 meters with a time of 1:05.50 at the Albany Great Dane Classic on 1/21…Performed well at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships with a second place finish in the 500 meters (1:04.82) and contributing to a fourth place finish (10:36.01) in the distance medley relay on 2/17…Had a third place performance in the 400 meters, posting a time of 48.49, and a contributed to a second place (3:13.92) performance in the 4x400 relay at the New England Indoor Championships…Competed in the 400 meter hurdles at the Roadrunner Express Invitational and placed second with a time of 54.79 on 4/22…Helped his relay team to a second place finish in the 4x400 relay, contributing to a time of 3:12.11 at the Larry Ellis Memorial on 4/23…Placed second in the 400 hurdles with a time of 52.84 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships.

As a Freshman in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed eighth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 52.81…Earned third place in the 600 meter run with a time of 1:27.28 at the Southern Connecticut State Alumni Meet…At the URI Rhody Open, placed sixth in 500 meter run with a time of 1:07.37…Also placed fourth as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:29.04…Took tenth place in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:06.47 at the Metropolitan Championships…Also as a part of the 4x400 meter relay earned eighth place with a time of 3:34.54…Placed twelfth as a part of the distance medley with a time of 10:25.91 at the Giegengack Invitational…At the Valentine Invitational, was a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.56…Scored fourth place at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 500 meter run with a time of 1:06.30…Captured second place at the New England Championships as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.79…At the IC4A Championships, placed twenty-second as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:17.49…Earned first place as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.49 at the Sam Howell Invitation…Took seventh place at the Carolina Classic in 400 meter dash with a time of 49.50… Placed fifth at the NY Metropolitan Outdoor Championship in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 16.42…Also obtained third place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 55.88…In addition took first as a part of the 4x400 meter with a time of 3:16.26…Captured first place at the Yale Springtime Invitational as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:15.69…Also took fifth place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 55.20…Finished second as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:16.73…Also claimed first place in the 400 meter hurdle with a time of 54.07…Took second as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the New England Outdoor Championships with a season best time of 3:11.79…Finished eighth as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the ECAC & IC4A Outdoor Championships with a mark of 3:13.56..Obtained sixth place at the NCAA Division II Championships as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:10.67.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Enjoyed a decorated scholastic career at Schoharie (N.Y.) High School…State qualifier in the 400 meters…Sectional champion in the 400 meter and 400 hurdles…Holds the school record in both the 400 and 400 hurdles, as well as the 4x400 relay…Two-year team captain…Also played varsity soccer.
