- Crossed the finish line with a time of 25:58.61 in 14th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, which allowed Southern to capture their third-straight conference title.
As a Junior in 2023:
- Ran a personal-best 10k time of 32:21.5 in 24th place at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped the Owls secure their second-straight regional title.
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 26:17.0 in 17th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, which allowed Southern to capture back-to-back conference titles.
As a Sophomore in 2022:
- Ran a time of 26:08.9 in 17th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, which helped the Owls secure their first conference title in four years.
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 32:17.1 in 15th place at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped Southern capture their first regional title in program history.
As a Freshman in 2021:
- Finished with a time of 26:26.1 in the 8K at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
- Finished with a time of 26:36.8 in the 8K at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invitational.
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- All-State selection at Bethel High School (Conn.).
- All-Conference selection in indoor and outdoor track.

- Majoring in Exercise Science with plans to attend graduate school and become a PA.
