- Finished first at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, posting a personal-best 8k time of 25:00.47 to help Southern capture their third-straight conference title. He became the third Owl to ever win the NE10 Championship Meet (Jonathan Volpe, 2022; Chris Croff; 2006).
- Finished in sixth place with a time of 31:34.9 at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped the Owls win their third-straight regional title.
As a Junior in 2023:
- Posted a personal-best 8k time of 25:31.3 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships and finished in fifth place, which helped Southern achieve back-to-back conference titles.
- Ran a personal-best 10k time of 31:34.3 in 11th place at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped the Owls capture their second-straight regional title.
As a Sophomore in 2022:
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 26:23.3 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships in 19th place, in which the Owls secured the conference title for the first time in four years.
- Finished in 19th place at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships, in a time of 32:26.0, which helped Southern capture their first regional title in program history.
As a Freshman in 2021:
- Finished in second place in the 8K with a time of 26:08.7 at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invitational.
- Finished with a time of 25:38.5 in the 8K at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Two-time All-State and three-time All-Conference selection at Wethersfield High School (Conn.)
- Helped lead Wethersfield to 4 Conference Championships
- Set the Wethersfield school record in DMR
