- Finished in 11th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a time of 25:51.0, which allowed Southern to win back-to-back conference titles.Â
As a Freshman in 2022:
- Finished sixth overall with a time of 25:49.4 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, which helped the Owls secure their first conference title in four years.Â
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 32:16.1 in 14th place at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped Southern capture their first regional title in program history.

- Four-time All-CCC and three-time All-State selection running track and cross country at Manchester High School (Conn.)
- Led Manchester to four CCC East Championships
