- Finished in 2nd with a personal-best 8k time of 25:02.7 at the 2024 NE10 Cross Country Conference Championships, helping lead the Owls to their third-straight conference title.
2023-2024:
- Crossed the finish line with a personal-best 10k time of 31:19.9 in seventh place at the 2023 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which allowed the Owls to secure their second-straight NCAA Division II East Region title.Â
- Finished in ninth place at the 2023 NE10 Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:43.8, which helped Southern Connecticut win their second-straight conference title.
2022-2023:
- Recorded a time of 32.22.1 in 17th place at the 2022 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which allowed the Owls to secure their first NCAA Division II East Region title in program history.
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 26:05.9 in 15th place at the 2022 NE10 Cross Country Championships, which helped Southern capture their first conference title since 2018.
Before Southern Connecticut State University: Â Â
- Ran for the University of Hartford, where he recorded a personal-best 5k time of 16:34.5 in collegiate debut at Shawn M Nassaney Race and was a top-four finisher in four races for the Hawks.Â
- Ran cross country and track at Algonquin Regional High School (Mass.), finishing his career with the most first-place performances in school history
