As a Freshman in 2007-08:
Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships...Named Northeast-10 Conference Freshman of the Year...Captured All-Conference honors at the Northeast-10 Championships…Finished third in the 100-yard backstroke and the 1000-yard freestyle and placed eighth in the 200-yard freestyle at the UConn Husky Invitational…Placed fifth in the 200-yard backstroke at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers…Won the 400-yard individual medley and took second in the 100-yard backstroke and the 200-yard backstroke against Springfield…Won the 200-yard individual medley and took second in the 1000-yard freestyle at the Division II Invitational…Placed second in the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke, 200-yard individual medley, and was part of the 4x400-yard freestyle relay team that finished second at The College of New Jersey…Took second in the 500-yard freestyle against Yale…Won the 200 individual medley, finished second in the 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke at the Northeast-10 Championships...Also second as part of the 4x200-yard and 4x400-yard medley relay teams and was a member of the winning 4x800 freestyle relay team at the NE-10’s…Won the 400-yard individual medley, was part of the winning 4x400-yard freestyle relay team and finished second in the 200-yard freestyle against Yale and Fairfield…Won the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard individual medley and was second in the 200-yard backstroke at Connecticut College…Won the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard individual medley and 200-yard backstroke against Marist… Took second in the 200-yard individual medley, 100 freestyle and 200 backstroke and second as a member of the 4x400-yard medley relay team at the Metropolitan Championships...Placed 11th in the 200-yard individual medley, 13th in the 200-yard backstroke and was part of the 4x800-yard freestyle relay team that finished 12th at the NCAA Championships.

Before SCSU:
State champion in the 100-yard backstroke in 2006-07 as a senior at Newington (Conn.) High School…Four-year All-State selection in the 100-yard backstroke as well as an All-State selection in the 200-yard individual medley as a senior…Four-year All-Conference selection…Team captain in his senior season…Team won conference championships in his freshman and senior years.
