Former Owls' All-American Michael Lee is an assistant coach with the Owls. He finished his career in 2016 as a four-time All-American with the Owls.

Lee was also named the 2015 and 2016 USTFCCCA Regional Field Athlete of the Year and was the 2015 and 2016 Northeast-10 Conference Field Athlete of the Year. He was a 14-time All-Region selection, an 11-time All-New England performer, a four-time New England Champion in triple jump and a nine-time Northeast-10 Champion in triple jump.
