Former Owls' All-American Tresley Dupont is in his third season as an assistant coach with the Owls in 2018-19.

During his collegiate career, Dupont was an All-American in the weight throw and the hammer throw. He was a multiple NE10 champion in the weight throw and also claimed titles in the shot put and hammer throw. He was also the NE10 Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year and the Most Outstanding Field Performer of the NE10 Championship. Dupont captured All-Region and All-New England honors in multiple events.
