- Crossed the finish line in sixth place with a time of 22:36.7 at the 2023 NE10 Conference Cross Country Championships, which helped Southern capture their first conference title in program history.
- Recorded a personal-best 5k time of 18:31.6 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational.
As a Sophomore in 2022:
- Ran a personal-best 6k time of 22:42.6 and 5k time of 19:27.8
- Selected to First Team All-NE10 Cross Country Team and All-NE10 Academic Team
- Awarded All-Region and Academic All-Conference
As a Freshman in 2021:
- Finished in 39th place with a time of 23:30.5 in the 6K at NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships.
- Finished in 24th place with a time of 24:15.2 in the 6K at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships.
- Finished in 14th place with a time of 20:51.0 in the 5K at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invitational, helping Southern to a first place finish.
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Ran cross country and track at Thomaston High School (Conn.)
- All-State selection and four-time All-Conference selection
- Helped lead team to Conference and State Championship
