Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Team…All-New England in the distance medley relay…Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Finished second in the distance medley relay (12:51.22) and fourth in the mile (5:33.34) at The Elm City Challenge on December 10…Was 11th in the mile (5:31.56) at the Dartmouth Relays on January 10…Finished third in the 4x800 relay (10:18.04) and fourth in the 1000m (3:09.85) at the Tufts Stampede and Multi on January 30…Took fifth in the 4x800 relay (9:58.73) and 10th in the 1000m (3:07.60) at the NYC Metro Champs on February 4…Competed in the 800m (2:26.38) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on February 12…Finished third in the distance medley relay (12:22.86), fifth in the 4x800 relay (10:01.21) and 11th in the 1000m (3:10.32) at the Northeast-10 Indoor track and Field Championships on February 20…Took eighth in the distance medley relay (12:14.73) at the New England Indoor Track and Field Championships on February 26…Finished fifth in the 800m (2:32.91) and 15th in the 1500m (5:08.24) at the Yale Multi Team on April 2…Was 17th in the 1500m (5:01.74) and competed in the 800m (2:31.59) at the UCONN Northeast Challenge on April 16…Finished ninth the 3000 steeplechase (11:06.70) at the George Davis Invitational ono April 23…Placed 23rd in the 800m (2:28.70) at the Yale Springtime Invitational on May 1…Finished fifth in the 4x800 relay (9:42.84), 12th in the 1500m (4:55.33) and 21st in the 800m (2:26.55) at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 6…Was 20th in the 1500m (4:59.31) at the New England Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 13.

As a Senior in 2015:
All-Region and All-Northeast-10 Conference selection...Opened the season at the 5K Brother Jasper Invite on 9/11 with a time of 20:41.6...Finished 14th overall at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a 6k time of 22:59.8...Ran at the New England Championship on 10/10 with a 5k time of 19:18.6...Had a fourth place finish at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup meet on 10/16 with a 4k time of 14:43.5...Placed 16th at the Northeast-10 Championships on 10/25 with a 6k time of 23:23.8...Earned a 23rd place finish at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships on 10/8 with a 6K time of 22:33.2.

As a Junior in 2014-15: (Track and Field)
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:29.70) and sixth as part of the 4x800 relay (10:39.95) at the Dartmouth Relays…Registered fourth in the mile (5:27.73) and second as part of the distance medley relay (13:01.13) at The Elm City Challenge…At the Yale Season Opener, placed sixth in the 3000 meters (11:37.36)…Finished ninth in the 3000 meters with a time of 11:01.30 at the Sorlien Invitational…Finished 37th in the 1000 meters with a time of 3:09.10…Earned sixth place as part of the 4x800 relay with a time of 10:45.45 and 10th place in the 1000 meters with a time of 3:11.90 at the Metropolitan Championships… At the NE-10 Championship, captured second as part of the Distance Medley Relay (12:28.27), 11th as part of the 4x800 relay (10:44.59) and sixth in the 1000 meters (3:11.84)…Finished sixth in the 1500 meters (5:06.08) and 11th in the 800 meters (2:31.95) at the UConn Northeast Challenge…Placed seventh as part of the 4x400 relay (4:59.14) and 29th in the 800 meters (2:27.29) at the Mark Young Invitational…Took eighth in the 1500 meters (4:57.47) at the Yale Springtime Invitational…Placed eighth in the 4x800 relay and 12th in the 1,5000 meters at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship.

As a Junior in 2014:
Opened up the season at the Franklin Pierce Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on 9/13 with a time of 17:13.7 to finish 8th overall…at the CCSU Ted Owen Invitational on 9/27 with a time of 19:37 to finish 37th overall…Took part at the New England Cross Country Championship on 10/11 with a time of 19:50.9...Participated at the Connecticut College Invite on 10/18 with a time of 23:49 to finish 40th overall…Performed at the CCSU Mini Meet 10/24 with a time of 11:14.1…Participated at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship on 11/9 with a time of 26:58.1 to finish 27th overall…Competed at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championship with a time 23:39.2 to finish 53rd overall.

In the 2013 Track and Field Season:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Finished 11^th in the 3000 meters at the Wolfie Invitational.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Earned All-State and SWC First Team honors … Participated in the Connecticut Post All Girls Cross Country Team … Helped team to become Class SS Cross Country State Champs.
