  • Recorded a time of 23:28.0 and finished in 17th place, which helped Southern secure their first NE10 title in program history at the 2023 Northeast-10 Conference Cross Country Championships.
  • Crossed the finish line with a personal best 5k time of 19:22.2 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational. 
2021:
  • Finished in 33rd place with a time of 23:07.5 in the 6K at NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished in 12th place with a time of 23:25.5 in the 6K at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships.
  • Finished in 6th place with a time of 20:11.7 in the 5K at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invitational, helping Southern to a first place finish.
2019:
  • Finished in 43rd place out of 162 with a time of 24:16.4 in the 6k at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished in ninth with a time of 24:48.9 in the 6k at the NE10 Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished in third place with a time of 19:39.03 in the 5k at the Bruce Kirsh XC Cup.
2018:
  • Finished with a time of 25:33.2 in the 6k at the NE10 Cross Country Championships
  • Finished with a time of 21:46.1 in the 5k at the James Earley Invitational
