- Competed in cross country, track & field, and ice hockey at East Catholic High School (Conn.)
- Senior Captain for cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track
- All-Academic honoree for all four years across all three seasons
- Three-time State Open qualifier
- Set School Record in 600m for Indoor Track
- Most Outstanding Cross Country Freshman Award winner
- Most Versatile Award winner
- Indoor Track MVP during senior year
