6K: 22:26.5 (Nov. 4, 2023, NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships)

As a Junior in 2023:
  • Ran a personal-best 6k time of 22:26.5 and finished in 11th place at the 2023 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped Southern capture their first NCAA Division II East Region title in program history.
  • Crossed the finish line in 10th place with a time of 23:04.8 at the 2023 NE10 Conference Cross Country Championships, which helped the Owls secure their first conference title in program history. 
  • Finished in 31st place and ran a personal-best 5k time of 18:45.5 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational. 
As a Sophomore in 2022:
  • Finished in third place with a time of 19:51.1 at the 10th Annual Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup.
  • Crossed the finish line with a time of 19:50.1 in 89th place at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational. 
As a Freshman in 2021: 
  • Finished in 25th place with a time of 22:44.9 in the 6K at NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished in 14th place with a time of 23:39.6 in the 6K at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships.
  • Finished in 5th place with a time of 20:10.8 in the 5K at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invitational, helping Southern to a first place finish.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:   

  • Ran cross country and track at Campbell High School (N.H.)
  • All-State and All-Division selection
  • 2018 State Champion, 2019 and 2020 State runner-up
