• Most Improved Award 

• Team Highlights: Outdoor State Champions in the 4x400 (2 seasons), Indoor State Champions in the 4x400, State Champions Cross Country, Sectionals, MHALS 

• Played scholastically at Stissing Mountain Jr/Sr High School and graduated in 2026. 

Why Southern: 

• "I chose it because the Cross Country/Track & Field programs were very welcoming and allowed me to feel at home, a feeling that set SCSU apart from other schools." 

Personal: 

• Major: Physical Education 

• Nickname: Shell, because it's kind of at the end of my name 

• Favorite TV show is Stranger Things and favorite movie is Tangled 

• Favorite food is pulled pork and mac and cheese and favorite ice cream is soft vanilla 

• Says wearing the SCSU logo means, "That I am proud to represent SCSU and show it off." 

• Proudest accomplishment: Improving my times in a year 

• Post-SCSU goal: Become a physical education teacher, have a family, and continue to love running 

• Fun Fact: I started as a Track & Field sprinter, and in my Junior and Senior I became more of a mid-distance runner
