• Finished 22nd at the 2024 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, helping the Owls qualify for the NCAA National Championships
• Placed 26th at the 2024 NE10 Cross Country Championship

• Finished in 12th place with a time of 23:07.80, which helped Southern secure the first place finish for the first conference title in program history at the 2023 NE10 Conference Cross Country Championships. 
• Recorded a personal-best 6k time of 22:27.61 and came in 12th place at the 2023 NCAA DII East Regional Championships, that helped the Owls win their first NCAA DII East Regional title in program history. 
• Ran a personal best 5k time of 18:55.6 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:   

• Ran cross country and track at Seymour High School (Conn.)
• Two-time All-NVL selection and two-time All-State selection
• Won the Earl Rennison Award, Outstanding Senior Award, Outstanding Female Distance Runner Award, and Coach’s Award
• 2022 NVL Cross Country Champion

• Majoring in Nursing with plans to become a nurse or become a professional runner
