Biography

As a Freshman in 2024: 

  • NE10 Championships 200 Backstroke sixth place (2:11.89) 

Before Southern Connecticut: 

  • Helped team to a division II sectional championship.
  • Part of a 400 Relay team that was sixth in all of New York state. 
  • Earned an advanced Regents diploma.
  • Also competed in softball.  

Personal: 

  • Plans to study sport management.
  • Daughter of Bethany and Jesse Lyons.
