As a Junior in 2006-07:
Earned All-America honors...Named Northeast-10 Conference Diver of the Year…Set a meet record to win one-meter diving and also won three-meter diving at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/1-3…Won one-meter diving and took second in three-meter diving at the Metropolitan Championships on 2/16...Finished third in three-meter diving and fourth in one-meter diving at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers on 10/20-21…Placed second in one-meter diving and third in three-meter diving at Springfield on 10/28…Won both one-meter diving and three-meter diving at the Bentley Invitational on 10/29…Took third in one-meter diving and fourth in three-meter diving against Yale on 11/3…Won one-meter diving against New Jersey on 11/12…Set a meet record to win one-meter diving and also won three-meter diving at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/1-3…Finished third in both one-meter diving and three-meter diving at Marist on 1/20…Won one-meter diving and placed second in three-meter diving at West Chester on 1/27…Won one-meter diving against Queens and St. Rose on 2/2.

As a Sophomore in 2005-06:
All-Northeast 10 Conference performer in diving...Won three-meter diving and placed second in one-meter diving at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/9-10…Finished 36th in the 100-yard freestyle at the Husky Invitational at Connecticut on 10/15…Placed third in three-meter diving and 11th as the anchor leg in the 4x50-yard medley relay at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers on 10/21-22… Won one-meter diving and three-meter diving at Central Connecticut State on 10/29…Won one-meter diving and three-meter diving at New Jersey on 11/5…Took second in one-meter diving and third in three-meter diving against Massachusetts on 11/6…Finished third in one-meter diving and fourth in three-meter diving at Yale on 11/12…Won both one-meter diving and three-meter diving at the Bentley Invitational on 11/20…Took third in both one-meter diving and three-meter diving against Marist on 1/21…Won both one-meter diving and three-meter diving vs. West Chester on 1/29.

As a Freshman in 2004-05:
Named Northeast-10 Conference Freshman of the Year… Finished second in three-meter diving and third in one-meter diving at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/10-11..Also competed at the NCAA Championships.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Four-time All-Naugatuck Valley League (NVL) selection as a diver at Torrington (Conn.) High School…Also named an All-American and a four-time All-State selection as a gymnast...Also a four-time All-NVL selection in track and field.
