Southern Connecticut State University Athletics

Aries Bell is in her first season as an assistant coach with the Southern Connecticut State women's soccer team.

Bell was a five-year student-athlete for the Owls and graduated in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is pursuing a master's degree in sport psychology at Southern. She helped Southern to a second-place finish in the Northeast 10 Conference tournament in 2021.

In her coaching role, Bell focuses on player wellness and readiness, bridging physical recovery and mental performance.

Bell is from Beacon Falls, Connecticut. Bell works as a physical therapy aide and has researched athlete injury recovery, including an honors thesis and master's thesis on return to sport. She plans to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
