Southern Connecticut State University Athletics

Hannah McGuire supports student-athlete engagement, professional development and athletic operations at Southern Connecticut State.

McGuire graduated from Southern Connecticut in 2026 with a bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in communications. She received the Sport Management Academic and Service Excellence Award in 2026. She competed in club rugby in 2022-23 and served as vice president of club soccer in 2024.

She was lead choreographer for competition and recreational hip hop at Center for Dance Arts in Torrington in 2026.

On campus, she is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, the communications honor society, and an alumna of Delta Phi Epsilon, Alpha Pi chapter. She also works in the Sport Management Department.

McGuire is from Bethel, Connecticut. She has taught adaptive water skiing with the nonprofit Leaps of Faith for three years.
