Kaylee Lam is a graduate assistant for recreation and facility operations at Southern Connecticut State.

Lam graduated from Southern Connecticut in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in international business and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration in finance.

She oversees daily facility operations, scheduling and program coordination while supervising and mentoring student staff. She also manages esports programming, fitness initiatives, special events and departmental budgets to support student engagement and efficient operations.

Lam has done CrossFit for two years and played tennis in high school.
