NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Student-athletes from the Southern Connecticut State University athletic department made their final trip of the fall semester to work with second graders at Clinton Avenue Elementary School in New Haven on Wednesday. This week, members of the gymnastics, women's lacrosse, women's soccer, men's basketball and football teams took part in the event, which featured small group sessions involving art work and reading. The program will resume in January, 2009.
