NORTH HAVEN, Conn. – Student-athletes from the Southern Connecticut State University field hockey, gymnastics and women's swimming and diving teams took part in the American Cancer Society's Daffodil Days event on Monday morning in North Haven. For more than 35 years, the Daffodil Days program has empowered people to make a difference in the fight against cancer. The Owls assisted with creating packages that will be distributed by the American Cancer Society throughout Greater New Haven.
