BOSTON - The Southern Connecticut State University softball team participated in the Walk to Cure Psoriasis at Castle Island Park in Boston last Saturday. The student-athletes assisted with setup and cheered on participants, while also taking part in the action. The Owls also donated blood for event research and participated in a post-event cleanup. The team also collected donations for a financial contribution for the fight to cure psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
