LOOKING AT THE NUMBERS
- Jadus posted a game-high 18 kills and added 15 digs, while Jurgens notched a career-high 35 assists and 11 digs.

Gabriela Vazquez (Meriden, Conn.) registered 13 kills and 15 digs in the win.

Alyssa Gage (Beverly Hills, Fla.) tallied 12 kills for the Owls.

Anna Venard (Thornton, Colo.) recorded a game-high 24 digs.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Assumption jumped out to a 5-1 lead in game one and held the lead for almost the entirety of the frame. The Owls took a brief lead at 22-21, but the Greyhounds scored the final four points for the win.
- The Owls trailed briefly in game two at 2-1 and then never trailed again. SCSU led by as many as seven, inclusive of the final margin of victory.
- Assumption scored the first point of game three, but the Owls answered with seven in a row and led by as many as nine.
- The final game saw the lead go back and forth, with the Owls finally snapping a 20-20 tie to take the lead for good.
