MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team fell to Saint Anselm College this afternoon, 7-0, at Grappone Stadium in Manchester.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Saint Anselm opened the scoring at 14:13 of the first half when the Hawks Hannah Potter connected with Abby Walker for her first goal of the season. The Hawks added four more unanswered goals within an 11 minute margin to take a commanding 5-0 lead heading into halftime.
- The Hawks started the second half with a goal a minute in when Andrea McNeil potted her first of the season. Saint Anselm added one more goal at 42:41 and secured the victory, 7-0.
- Brianna Craft (Hamden, Conn.) made 13 saves, while Kelli McCombs (Bristow, Va.) made two saves in relief.
