Field Hockey Falls To New Haven, 1-0

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team fell to Elm City rival, the University of New Haven at Jess Dow Field. The Owls drop to 0-8 overall and 0-5 in the Northeast 10, while the Chargers improve to 4-6 overall and 4-3 in the NE10.

Senior Brianna Craft (Hamden, Conn.) made nine saves between the pipes. Karley Welles (Newington, Conn.) had two shots, while graduate student Jana Migliaro (Monroe, Conn.) collected her second defensive save of the year.

How It Happened
