MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Southern Connecticut State University women's soccer team were edged by No. 13 Southern New Hampshire University, 1-0. The Owls fall to 1-5-1 overall and 0-3-1 in the Northeast 10, while the Penmen improve to 7-0 overall and 5-0 in the NE10.
How It Happened
- The first 45 minutes of action was scoreless, but saw the Penmen outshoot the Owls 7-5.
- SNHU's Allyson Patterson scored her fourth of the season and the eventual game-winning goal in the 62nd minute to extend the Penmen's unbeaten streak.
