The Southern Connecticut State University men's basketball team will continue their four-game road trip when they play University of New Haven on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at Charger Gymnasium. New Haven is currently ranked ninth in the D2SIDA East Regional Poll.

New Haven Spectator Policy
- Charger Gymnasium (Volleyball and Basketball Contests)
In compliance with the university's policy, all spectators – regardless of vaccination status – must wear a mask inside Charger Gymnasium and all surrounding areas. Members of the University of New Haven community will be asked to display their cleared badge in CoVerified prior to entry. Spectators should also maintain 3-feet of physical distancing. Access to the court will not be permitted.

Ulyen Coleman (Brockton, Mass.) had a game-high 23 points and pulled down 11 rebounds for a double-double while going 7-for-15 from the field and 7-for-8 from the free throw line.
Lyron Bennett (Boston, Mass.) put up 22 points and went 9-for-10 on his free throws.
C.J. Seaforth (Hamden, Conn.) dished out four assists and recorded three steals, while
Alex Lin (Hillsdale, N.J.) added nine points. Off the bench,
Isaiah Boissard (Walden, N.Y.) went a perfect 2-for-2 from beyond the arc and scored eight points.

Northeast 10 Weekly Honors
Week 10:
- C.J. Seaforth (Hamden, Conn.) was named to the Northeast 10 Weekly Honor Roll after he averaged 16.5 points per game while shooting 52.2 percent from the field and 40 percent from three-point range in the two road games against Assumption and Pace.
Week 7:
- Penn was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll he recorded a team-high 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting while also grabbing nine rebounds against Adelphi. His point total and field goals made were also new career-highs for a single game.
Week 6:
- Bennett was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll following his performance against Holy Family. He recorded his second double-double of the season and third of his career with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Bennett also dished out six assists while shooting 6-of-10 from the field and 2-of-5 from beyond the arc.
Week 5:
- Bennett was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll following his performances against Saint Rose and Lincoln. Bennett averaged 12 points, nine assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.5 steals per game.
Week 2:
- Coleman was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll after he scored 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting and 3-of-6 from three-point range on the road against Jefferson. He also recorded a career-high five steals to go along with three rebounds
Week 1
- Bennett was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll following his performances at the Bridgeport Tournament. Bennett averaged 16 points, 6.5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds per game while going 11-for-17 from the field and 4-for-9 from three-point range.

- Bennett is fifth in assists per game at 4.9 and tied for ninth in assists-to-turnover ratio at 1.8.
- Penn is sixth in rebounds per game at 7.5.
- Waters for fourth in blocks per game at 1.3, while Penn is tied for 10th at 0.9.
