The Southern Connecticut State University women's lacrosse team will play their first game ever against Flagler College when they travel to St. Augustine, Fl. on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Flagler, in their inaugural season, competes in the Gulf South Conference. This is Southern's second of three consecutive road games.

Southern fell to No. 20 ranked Saint Anselm, 17-6, in their Northeast 10 Conference opener on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Grappone Stadium.
Mia Pulisciano (Cheshire, Conn.) led Southern with three goals scored, while
Kelly Jagodzinski (Stamford, Conn.), Bayleigh Takacs (Sparta, N.J.), and
Brianna Shaw (Branford, Conn.) all scored one goal each. Jagodzinski and
Alexandra Ruel (Ivoryton, Conn.) also recorded assists. Shaw also recorded game-highs in ground balls and caused turnovers with three.

Last Time They Met: Southern has never faced Flagler, and has never faced any teams currently in the Gulf South Conference. Flagler has faced just one NE10 team thus far; Saint Anselm on March 14, which resulted in a 16-5 win for the Hawks.

- Rowe has scored 64 career goals, and has recorded at least one goal or one assist in 33 of her 34 career games.
- Takacs has recorded 35 goals and 29 assists in her career, and has recorded at least one point in 18 consecutive games dating back to April 13, 2019.
- Takacs currently ranks fifth all-time in program history in career assists. She is eight away from tying Kennedy Sherman, who had 35.
Northeast 10 Weekly Honors
Week 2:
- Sophie Kurtz (Cheshire, Conn.) was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll after she allowed just four goals and had six saves during Southern's 14-4 win against Post.
Week 1:
- Takacs was named to the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll after she scored four goals and recorded three assists against Molloy.
