SCSU Women's Swimming And Diving Defeat Pace 117-104

SCSU Women's Swimming and diving took down Pace University in their first conference meet of the year 117-104, bringing their overall record to 3-4 on the year with a conference record of 1-0.

200 Yard Medley Relay

The Owls relay team of Ella Marzec, Allyson Quitos , Justice Glasgow, and Arianna Arturi took a win in the 200 medley relay with a final time of 1:56.01.

1000 Yard Freestyle

Brooke Keeney won the 1000 yard free with a time of 10:53.85. Gracie Marsh placed third in the event with a time of 11:45.43.

200 Yard Freestyle

Paola Castillo took a win in the 200 yard free posting a time of 2:01.83 followed by teammate Molly Kennedy coming in second with a time of 2:01.97.

200 yard IM

Hailey Nyquist placed first with a final time of 2:16.64. Abbey Piech also finished in the top three with a time of 2:20.92.

200 Yard Butterfly

Jasmine Uricchio placed first (2:12.49) with teammate Paola Castillo coming in third (2:15.75).

100 Yard Freestyle

Hailey Nyquist won the 100 yard free with a time of 55.71.

200 Yard Backstroke

Abigail Lyons placed first with a final time of 2:12.38 with Ella Marzec coming in second with a time of 2:18.40.

500 Yard Freestyle

Lindsay McCawley took first in the 500 free (5:25.13) followed by teammate Molly Kennedy placing second in the event (5:25.53).

200 Yard Breaststroke

Abbey Piech placed second in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:42.37.

1650 Yard Freestyle

Brooke Keeney won the 1650 yard free with a time of 10:53.85.

The Owls will be back in action at The Hutch on January 12^th against Bentley University at 1 pm in New Haven, CT.
